Using a brand New Firestick?

Install Instructions

1. Go to Main Menu of the Firestick and click on “Settings”.

2. Select about then “My Fire TV”  7 times to unlock “Developer Options” Menu.

3. Go into Developer Options and turn on “Apps From Unknown Sources” 

4. Open Downloader.  If you do not have it, Search “Downloader” in Firestick Apps and download it. *Tip: You can use voice remote to say “Downloader”.*

5. Download the Xeno Streams App by typing in tinyurl.com/Xeno200 the click *Download File*

6. Follow prompts to install, and log in with your Ultima credentials as normal.

Install Instructions

Go into your Firestick and locate your Xeno Streams app, it would be found under Settings > Application > Manage installed apps> Select XenoStreams from the list, this will add it to your homepage upon first opening, so you’ll have a shortcut for the future and won’t need to do this again

Once inside click the top right corner select “Add User” you’ll then type in your information as follows:

First box: You can put Anything

Second Box: Your Username created

Third Box: Your Password created

Once logged in, you‘ll now have access to everything, please note (movies, series) are supposed to be empty, this isn‘t supported by our client and is only for Live Events and Channels.

First Ensure your android phone is unlocked, each phone is different, once your phone is unlocked, open up your safari browser and type in tinyurl.com/Xeno200 once open download Xeno Streams to your phone and login with your Username/Password as normal, you may need to download an app called “Apk Installer” from the playstore.
